Brook won a very tight match on Sunday against Fernhurst.

Fernhurst batted first and scored 109 for 3.

Brook batted second and Jack Bourne hit a 4 off the last ball of the innings to take the score to 111 for 7.

Jack was awarded man of the match after scoring 23 not out, and with the ball he took two wickets and bowled a wicket maiden.

Other good performances with the bat were Daniel (18) and Will Herring (12 not out).

Special mention should be made of Rufus Rhodes (an under 9 player) who stepped in at the last minute to help make up the 11. The first over he bowled was a maiden, and he was retired after 4 overs of batting.
